The Flipped Classroom

As we move closer to personalized instruction; one strategy that we will continue to hear about is the Flipped Classroom.  This concept involves the teacher providing instructional content videos to students for homework.  Students watch these videos and then arrive at class with the knowledge to complete the work under the direction of the teacher.  The teacher’s classroom time then turns to an opportunity to facilitate and direct student learning.
